Read a Review: CC Times

food is the connective tissue of people;
it is how we comfort and torture ourselves

An elusive team of mad flavorists bent on controlling human consumption; a southern belle lost in the memory of a grand hotel; a construction man obsessed with outdoing his co-worker at lunch. These are just three ingredients in the hilarious and significant original work on the premise of eating produced by the Shotgun Theatre Lab next month. With wit, sincerity, and actual interviews conducted by the ensemble, EAT promises to be an unforgettable epicurean experience. EAT runs Mondays & Tuesdays at 8PM from October 13 - October 28 with a press opening on October 14, at La Val‚s Subterranean, 1380 Euclid, Berkeley.
