For tickets or information, you may always call our Box Office at 510.841.6500 x 303.

Accommodations for the hearing/seeing/physically-impaired: while Shotgun does not offer an assisted listening system, we are happy to arrange seating to aid any of our patrons who have special hearing, sight, or physical needs. Please call our box office to arrange your seats as soon as possible: the more notice you can give us the better we can meet your needs.

Shotgun Players Subscribers enjoy the benefit of reserved seats; all other seating is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. When you check in at Will Call to claim a reservation or purchase tickets, you will be invited to select your seats before entering the House. Will Call opens one hour prior to showtime.  The House opens half an hour prior to showtime.

"Am I a Subscriber?" Subscribers are Shotgun supporters who have purchased a membership to come and see every show in our season — just because you receive our e-mails or postcards does not necessarily mean that you are a Subscriber.

For every production, the first week of performances offers Pay-what-you-can tickets.  It is strongly advised that pre-paid reservations be made in advance for these, and all other performances.

On nights that the show is sold out we will take names for a Waiting List starting when Will Call opens. To get on the Wait List you must come to theater in person.

For reasons of safety and courtesy to the other patrons there will be no late seating. We strongly recommend getting to the theater at least 30 minutes before show time in order to select the best seats possible.

To change a reservation, you must contact the Box Office at least 24 hours in advance.  You may be able to exchange tickets for another performance, provided tickets are available for that performance.  A ticket exchange may involve an upgrade in price.  No refunds are offered for exchanges or cancelled reservations.

Free parking is available across the street at the Ashby BART Station after 3pm Monday - Friday, and all day on weekends when the flea market is not going on (weather-dependent).

Box Office phone hours are generally Tuesday - Saturday from 1 - 5pm and from noon - 3pm on Sundays. All online sales close at 3:00pm the day of performance. After such time on the night of a show, please come to Will Call to purchase walk-up tickets. We do not offer walk-up hours outside of the Will Call hour.
